Arti Kumar is a very dear friend. It was not like that few years ago .. I didn’t even know about SMS Trading Company or Arti Kumar! I had to re do my house and wanted to do it in Indian style. I am a classical north Indian music teacher and I run my school from my home.
I wanted to have the atmosphere of my school and home combined. I was looking for Indian style furniture and came across SMS Trading Company’s website. I loved the swing!! So, I called up and a sweet voice answers my phone .. it was Artiji! I spoke to her and ordered the swing and later realized the normal dimensions were not going to work for me, it would be too big! I called to cancel the order. Arti politely asked what my issue was and solved it for me by designing a custom swing for me!!
Since then, I have ordered many things like dining table set, sofa chairs, small stools, jharokhas and gift items! The service is prompt and friendly . I get all my stuff at home without any worries about Customs or anything! Recently I had to order one Saraswati Maa statue and it was delivered to me two days before I needed it!
I get so many compliments on the furniture and how unusual, beautiful and strong it is! Many of my friends have ordered things from SMS Trading Company and are very happy with it! Thank you Artiji for everything you have done for me! I wish you all the very best, always!
